Job Description
Responsibility and authority:
1. Manage mailing lists
2. Code HTML blasts
3. Assist with social media accounts
4. Assist Creative Director with graphics and translation production
Minimum qualifications and experience requirements:
1. Manage mailing lists:
- experienced using email marketing service providers (e.g. Delivra, ConstantContact, iContact, MailChimp)
- Excel (beginner-intermediate; sorting, find/replace, basic functions)
2. Code HTML blasts:
- (X)HTML, table-based design (intermediate-expert; ability to hand-code w/o the use of a GUI like Dreamweaver)
- inline CSS (intermediate)
- Dreamweaver (intermediate)
- experience with FTP software, a plus
- understanding of best practices leading to the improvement of blast spam scores, a plus
- understanding of SEO best practices, a plus
3. Assist with social media accounts:
- Facebook and Twitter (posting updates containing images/urls/videos)
- experience with Facebook Pages (for businesses), a plus
4. Assist Creative Director with graphics and translation production:
- Photoshop (intermediate; basic image editing, slicing, basic color correction, web optimization)
- Illustrator (beginner-intermediate)
- InDesign (beginner)
- QuarkXPress (beginner-intermediate)
- Word, for translations (beginner-intermediate)

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Clean room experience preferred
• Ability to follow written instructions

Job Description
Technical Sales Support TFF Specialist
Provides technical advice to the sales force to resolve product or service requests regarding engineering, technical or scientific issues. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related downstream or upstream purification area. Familiar with a variety of the biopharm field concepts, practices, and GMP procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of application tasks and supports marketing and other associated studies (R&D). Regionally based in the Northeast, Boston area preferred. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to support sales activities. Reports to the Director of Business Development.
