Roy T. Eddleman, Chairman & CEO
Roy T. Eddleman was elected Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on
July 30, 1982. Mr. Eddleman has been engaged primarily as a private investor
and entrepreneur for more than twenty years.
Anthony MacDonald, President
Anthony MacDonald joined the Company as President effective September 7, 2004. Mr. MacDonald comes
to Spectrum from Pall Corporation where he served for several years as Vice President of Sales and
Marketing for Life Science TFF products division until 2000. Most recently, Mr. MacDonald was Vice
President of Sales and Marketing for SolmeteX where he helped to refocus the Company from an R&D development
company to a commercial success. He brings to Spectrum over 18 years experience in sales and marketing of filtration
and separations related products.
Brian Watts, CFO and Vice President of Finance
Brian Watts joined the Company in April 2002 as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.
Mr. Watts held similar positions with Frank Schaffer Publications and Ideal School Supply Corporation.
Mr. Watts, a Certified Public Accountant, began his business career with Coopers & Lybrand and was
subsequently employed by The Marmon Group, rising to the position of Assistant Treasurer.
Bob Adamson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Bob Adamson joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in January 2005. Mr. Adamson brings
to Spectrum over 15 years of experience in the bioprocess separation industry having served as Manager and
Sales Engineer for Pall Filtron Corporation, Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. and Westfalia Corporation. Prior to
this he worked as a Process Development Engineer at MegaBios Corporation and Celtrix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr.
Adamson holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Biology and Physiology from Southern Illinois University.
David Serway, Vice President of Business Development
David Serway joined Spectrum Laboratories, Inc. in April 2005. Mr. Serway (Rockville, MD) brings to
Spectrum over 20 years of experience in the biotech process separation industry.
With his experience in technical and capital purification system sales, he has held several
management positions for Filtron Technology Corporation / Pall-Filtron. Prior to joining
Spectrum Laboratories, Inc. he was the Vice President of Sales for tangential flow filtration
membrane products and biopharmaceutical purification systems at Pall Corporation. Mr. Serway holds a
Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Alfonso Del Toro, Vice President of Manufacturing
Alfonso Del Toro joined the company as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations in August 2008.
Mr. Del Toro brings to Spectrum over 20 years experience in Manufacturing Operations in the medical device
and biotechnology industries. Mr. Del Toro comes to Spectrum from CHAD Therapeutics where he served as VP
of Manufacturing for 10 years. He has also held managerial positions for Via Medical and Nellcor. Mr. Del
Toro holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Technologico de Cd. Guzman and an M.S.
degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
Michelle Fleming, Vice President and General Manager, OR Disposables Division
Michelle Fleming joined the company as Vice President and General Manager for the OR
Disposables Division in November 2007. Ms. Fleming brings to Spectrum over 15 years
sales and marketing experience in the medical-surgical product and national healthcare
supply chain industry. Prior to joining Spectrum, Ms. Fleming was Vice President of
Sales for Inviro Medical Devices, Inc. Ms. Fleming holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from
California Polytechnic University and a Masters degree from the University of North Texas.
